**Job Description**:
**Job role Expectations**:

- To ensure the care provided is fully compliant with CQC and Home Instead Care policies and regulations. This needs to be evidenced in Care planning and documentation used on Birdie.
- Ensure that Birdie is up to date and accurately reflected.
- Answer each incoming call in a positive, professional, and friendly manner.
- To take part in the on-call rota
- To provide care to clients as needed as requested
- To attend Care professional meetings when being held
- To support and work alongside the care pros and other members of staff assisting them when needed

**Experience**:

**Qualifications**:
