**Job Summary**

Our Administration Co-Ordinator will join the existing Operations support team to further enhance the support duties required for the ever-growing IFC Certification Ltd business. This role will help to support the team of inspectors/auditors delivering the requirements to our certificated companies across both installer and manufacturing businesses and well as providing customer service support to these clients.

**About the role**

Working within our successful global certification team, your duties will include:

- Supporting a small but highly effective Operations team
- Handing new enquiries
- Talking to clients about IFCC and it's offerings
- Using various systems (training included)
- We are currently in the process of developing our web database, this role will require involvement and input into this to ensure a successful launch

**Do you have what it takes?**
- Experience within customer services (B2B/C2B desired)
- Experience of using CRM systems would be advantageous
- A motivated team player
- Able to confidentially communicate with all levels of stakeholders
