Job Introduction
Do you want to make a genuinely positive impact on the SEND provision in East Sussex schools?

If you do, then you may be ideally suited to an Adviser role in CLASS (Communication, Learning and Autism Support Service).

As a CLASS Adviser, you can make a real difference to the lived experience of children and young people with SEND in East Sussex schools. You will work closely with educational settings to provide high quality advice and training to enable them to support children and young people with SEND across the county. The post requires travel County wide.
- Are passionate about championing change for children with SEND.
- Are dynamic and self-motivated.
- Are committed to working collaboratively and proactively with our school partners.
- Have proven experience in the field of ADHD, Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN), including Autism, and/or Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD).

Due to additional funding we have secured to deliver the DfE and NHS England-led Partnerships for Inclusion of Neurodiversity in Schools (PINS) project, we are looking for someone on a temporary basis from September 2024 - March 2025 to provide additional capacity within the CLASS team. The role is 37 hours a week, term-time only.

Interviews will take place in person at County Hall, Lewes on **Tuesday 9 July 2024.**
