**MAFS Administrator Grade 4**
Role Description:
- To signpost students to other university and external support services where appropriate.
- To arrange appointments with Specialist Advisers for students with queries relating to their financial situations.
- Supporting the development of information materials for students.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Experience in a customer service background, preferably of working with students in Higher Education
- Some knowledge and understanding of higher education student finance.
- Having the ability to work in an organised, methodical, and accurate manner is essential.
- Have the ability to work with a demanding workload, prioritizing tasks and student requests to ensure that student wellbeing is a priority.
- An understanding of University systems and structures would be desirable.
- The ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with students experiencing financial difficulty.
- Able to maintain the boundaries of confidentiality.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 months
**Salary**: £12.86 per hour
Expected hours: 36.25 per week

- GCSE or equivalent (required)
