**Working Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday 7.5 hours between 9am - 6pm (with 30 minutes lunch)**

Our client is an independent provider of progressive and innovative stoma care services to primary, secondary and private care sector. The company is an award-winning home delivery service for stoma and/or continence supplies which prides itself on a friendly and efficient service to customers living in the United Kingdom. The benefits of this service include a Nursing support service for patients in their homes.

Working to support a team of Patient Development Specialists, this busy and varied role will involve you in all aspects of administration and telephone work. You will deliver excellent customer service to internal/external customers. You will have a high level of accuracy as this role is to ensure that all scripts are handled and checked effectively and efficiently to provide the business with full payment monthly. You will ensure all work is completed and up to date by month end to ensure payment can be made.

Your duties will also involve phoning patients to remind them to place their orders, arranging delivery of their supplies and calling GP surgeries to discuss prescriptions and be available to take incoming calls. You will work to reach targets as set by your Team Leader. You will behave in a professional manner at all times, and you will build professional relationships with customers that will enhance the Company’s quality image.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Processing electronic prescriptions and liaising with patients to arrange delivery of supplies.
- Reminder to order calls to patients
- Inbound Calls
- Processing Orders
- Exemption checking
- General admin tasks
- Calling GP surgeries
- Working to targets set by Team Leader
- To perform such other duties as may be reasonably requested by Team Leader
