If so, Osborne Appointments are currently recruiting for an Account Manager permanent position for our successful client in Welwyn Garden City.

**Account Manager - Main Duties:
- Visiting members at least 3 days a week
- Resolve customer queries and issues quickly and effectively
- Collect and process members overhead spend ready for analysis by the Purchasing Team
- Check analysis is accurate and present/review savings to the member
- Arrange and where appropriate attend review/supplier meetings with member
- Encourage the member to upgrade to more comprehensive membership where appropriate
- Maximise revenue by introducing all services offered by our company to members

**Key skills/Experience:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Great telephone manner
- Experience in face to face meetings
- Ability to ‘think outside the box’ and overcome problems quickly
- Be proactive
- Have strong numerical skills
- Experience in using Outlook, Word and Excel
