Rental Office Staff

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Worker to join our friendly team. You will be responsible for performing various activities such as booking rentals and completing social media posts to gain more leads, supporting the manager in getting vehicles ready as well as answering any enquires. We do motorhome rentals as well as car and van hire so someone from this industry would be preferred,
**Duties**:
- Perform checks on vehicles leaving and returning from hire and maintain accurate records of bookings using our internal system
- Assist with general office tasks such as chasing payments, securing deposits and scanning ID documents
- Answer phone calls, direct them to the appropriate offices and take bookings
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information, show them around and do check outs
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for the manager
- Utilize computer software programs such as chat gpt to write blogs and answer any messages from social media
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
**Requirements**:
- Previous customer service expeirience in person as well as on the phone
- Proven experience in the vehicle rental or sales buisness is desirable
- Proficient in using computers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
