Sales Administration and Social Media Assistant

General administration duties, sales both new and old customer enquires
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, insights, and performance metrics to optimize content strategy
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation
- Strong analytical skills to track and measure the success of social media campaigns
