**RECRUITMENT MANAGER**

**LUTON**

**£40,000 - £45,000 PER ANNUM**

**PURPOSE**

To manage a team of recruiters to drive and deliver the talent attraction strategy - including campaigns, screening, processing, and managing applicants through the pre-employment screening and onboarding stages of recruitment using best practice solutions.Partnering with the recruitment advertising team to ensure best practice advertising approaches are used.

Working closely with the recruitment administration team ensuring only relevant applicants are progressed into the pre-employment screening and onboarding workstream and continually assessing needs against fulfilment and predicted forecast.

In collaboration with the Head of Recruitment work with stakeholders to ensure that the business recruitment needs are meet in a timely and efficient manner.

To be a super user of the applicant tracking system IT system, developing its functionality in line with business needs, be responsible for data integrity, producing reports, and training staff.

**NEED TO DO**

Responsible for monitoring and increasing productivity of the recruiters to create a more efficient, cost-effective team. Managing the workload distribution among the team

Drive and deliver best practice solutions for Talent Attraction including campaigns, screening, and placement of applicants

Deliver against defined, measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and SLA reporting monthly

Ensure that all activities conducted by your team are fully compliant with the EH recruitment policy and meet all other statutory and mandatory requirements, and that relevant and effective quality checks are in place to ensure adherence

Ensure that the EH recruitment strategy is communicated, understood, and owned by team members

Monitor and manage and report performance within the Recruitment function, including adherence to KPI’s and SLAs as agreed with the Head of Recruitment

**GENERAL**

Undertake any other tasks requested that are commensurate with the post holder’s level of responsibility.

Comply with the guidelines laid down regarding confidentiality, disclosure of information and Data Protection.

Participate in the Company’s appraisal process.

To attend meetings relevant to the department, and internal / external training events as and when required.

To take personal responsibility for ensuring the work practices and the environment meet the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work legislation and report all deficits to management.

Undertake any other reasonable requests as made by your Line Manager.

To provide cover for colleagues within the department when they are absent and/or on annual leave.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

A good level of general education GCSE or equivalent (including Math’s & English)

Degree in Human Resources or REC level 4 diploma desirable

**EXPERIENCE**

Demonstrable experience managing a high performing recruitment team preferably within a health care setting - Nursing / Medical Recruitment background desirable

Experience formulating campaigns and managing external recruitment

Experience processing high volumes of applicants within strict guidelines

Experience working with diverse external stakeholder groups

Experience interacting across multiple client sites

Experience working to challenging SLA’s and KPI’s

Producing and interpreting complex data

Working with HR Systems
