**The Job**

We are looking to expand our Customer Service and Sales team with someone who enjoys helping customers find the right mobility solutions for them.

**The Role**
- Taking customer calls and identify customer needs, matching them to suitable mobility products in order to book a demonstration for one of our Mobility Consultants.
- Making calls to follow up on previous customer enquires.
- Conduct and assist with general sales administration to ensure customer orders are fulfilled and delivered on time.
- Communicate and co-ordinate with internal departments.
- Keeping up to date on product knowledge including finance and insurance offers.
- Conduct follow up calls to ensure our customers are happy.

**Salary**: £21,652 to £25,000 per year OTE
