Returns Administrator

We now have an exciting opportunity to become part of an established and high performing team as our new **Returns Administrator**
**(Rotating Shifts Monday - Friday 6am-2pm and 12pm-8pm)**

Alloga UK provides supply chain solutions for healthcare manufacturers. A highly successful, rapidly growing Company that provides a range of warehousing and distribution services to an increasing number of Clients, specialising in pharmaceutical, healthcare, veterinary, and consumer products. Alloga UK support some of the largest blue-chip pharmaceutical companies operating in the UK.
**What will you do?**
You will embody Alloga’s core values in ensuring that there is full traceability of all stock returns and that all returns are processed in line with the SOP. All queries from both internal and external clients/customers are to be answered in a timely manner so that stock can be relocated back free for sale.
**Key responsibilities;**
- To liaise with Transport, finance, Customer Care and 3PL with regards any discrepancies/queries/references
- To ensure that all queries or complaints are investigated and dealt with accordingly and in a methodical manner
- To communicate with both external and internal clients/customers
- Booking all stock onto the WMS/SAP system
- General filing and archiving

- Previous experience of a warehouse environment
- Service orientated with the ability to work well within a team environment
- Well organise with Excellent PC and administrative skills
- A strong communicator with an excellent telephone manner
