Contract administrator required for Skegness, 37.5 hours per week Mon to Fri, 8am-4pm each day (with half hour unpaid lunch break).

**Key Result Areas / Accountabilities**:

- Management of Helpdesk - calls and reporting
- Reporting - Client, KPI reporting, Quality auditing
- Recruitment
- Operations HR Support - Right to work, mat leave, onboarding support.
- Payroll - Authorisation & Approval, T&A, clocking, processing, cover
- Logistics Administration - uniform, materials, Equipment
- Escalation triage Support
- Supporting projects for UK Cleaning Operations as required

**Main Duties**:

- Recruitment - advertising, vetting and processing of all vacancies in respective area, supporting and assigning cover as required.
- Processing all paperwork in relation to onboarding, right to work, maternity cover etc.
- Administering (and approving) the payroll process to ensure staff are paid correctly.
- Compiling and submitting reporting - QBRs, KPI reporting, CT Auditing, Internal KPI dashboard reporting
- Logistics admin and follow up of all - uniform processing, materials, consumables, machinery repairs - fault logging, Bunzl follow up
- Escalation triage

**Person Profile**
- Excellent administration skills
- Soft services / facilities industry experience desirable but not essential
- People skills - A collaborative worker - strong interpersonal skills
- Strong computer / IT / Systems literacy
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Attention to detail.
- Highly organised individual
- A Team Leader
