The Risk & Safer Gambling Team is widely regarded as one of the most desirable departments in the business. We are a team that supports one another and works directly on the front line to ensure our customers use SBG products in a safe and responsible manner. As a team. We do the right thing.

**Your role in ‘better’**:

- Take inbound contacts from customers wanting to discuss their restriction or remove their Self Exclusion
- Undertake thorough and accurate risk assessment when customers trigger on internal controls and offer appropriate support to the customer
- Proactively identify unusual and potential fraudulent behaviours and undertake the appropriate escalations
- Strong desire to support customers and their behaviours, which may involve vulnerable customers

**How you’ll create ‘better’**:

- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
- A confident and clear telephone manner with the ability to discuss sensitive topics and agree corrective actions with customers
- The ability to digest information and present findings in a clear and concise way
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and proactively manage your own workload
- A strong desire to support customers in their behaviours and will to do the right thing

**Salary: £25,000 pro rata**
