We are recruiting on behalf of a superb client, an award-winning and prestigious Leeds based business, for several Account Executives to join their highly successful and growing Client Management team. This is a brilliant opportunity to provide a consultativeand proactive level of support to clients, focusing on strong service levels and leading client visits and review meetings. You will form a key part of the team responsible for nurturing existing accounts to provide solutions, develop relationships, and growbusiness revenue.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities of an Account Executive**:

- Pro-actively managing a number of key client accounts, and acting as a main point of contact for resolving a range of queries.
- Attending client visits to conduct and lead on face-to-face client reviews and delivering top-quality MI.
- Recognising areas for improvement and implementing business process changes across the board in order to maintain high-standards of customer service.
- Consistently reviewing operational processes and procedures; ensuring documentation and CRM systems are kept updated.
- Delivering best practice to clients with a view to maintaining strong order books and maximising your performance against targets.
- Communicating and working effectively with other departments internally to gather information.
- Reporting via Excel, looking at how client service areas have been, looking for any patterns that can be discussed.
- Be an impeccable communicator, with a background in delivering excellent client services.
- Some experience within a similar Account Management or Senior Customer Service led role, where ideally you have met clients and dealt with them on a face-to-face basis.
- Be determined and organised when working under pressure, with a proven experience in working towards KPI's, SLA's and targets.
- A strong confidence in leading face-to-face reviews.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and previous involvement in working accurately with client data.
- A positive personality that drives you to work supportively within a team and motivate others.
- IT literate with an understanding of Microsoft Office packages including Excel.
