Administration Assistant

Admin Assistant required, **full-time (Mon-Fri) or part-time**, to join Bluesmith**:an employee-owned,** and employee centric, software business in Leeds.
**Experience**:
- Some previous admin experience is preferred but not essential.
**Desirable qualities**:
- Be able to display efficiency and attention to detail.
- Possess effective organisation and planning skills.
- Be a self-starter with the ability to motivate themselves.
- Be able to manage their priorities, be proactive and show initiative.
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Be a good team player.
- Have the ability to follow instructions and processes.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Be looking for an opportunity to gradually develop the role as time goes on.
- Have achieved GCSE Level 5 or above in English and Maths.
**Benefits**:
- A salary between £20,000 and £25,000 DOE.

**Role**:
- Supporting the Office Manager.
- Maintaining the sickness, absence & holiday logs.
- Procuring equipment, including raising & tracking purchase orders.
- Managing stationery & office consumables.
- Managing snack shop stock.
- Office Reception, answering the phone & gatekeeping.
- Greeting visitors, making drinks, providing lunches, etc.
- Receiving & distributing post & deliveries.
- Being proactive in keeping the office tidy and presentable.
- Helping organise official company events and social events.
