**The Mission**:
Right now, there are families all over London who are facing homelessness **due to rent increases or rent arrears by their landlords**. These aren’t landlords looking to make a profit; but landlords who are facing a credit crunch from rising interest rates.

**We’re here to rescue them**. We want you to join our mission in preventing homelessness and **re-write the narrative for these families**.

**How you will help**:
Your mission will be to help us arrange appointments and start the homeless prevention process with our existing case load. This will involve:

- Prospecting new cases to ensure that they fit our criteria.
- Qualifying each case to ensure that they are eligible for Homelessness support under the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017 stipulations.
- Booking appointments for our Triage offer to meet our clients and conduct and initial assessment.

**Experience required**:

- You will have demonstratable knowledge of the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and powerpoint.

**Job Types**: Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay: £15.00-£25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
