**The Mission**:
Right now, there are families all over London who are facing homelessness **due to rent increases or rent arrears by their landlords**. These aren’t landlords looking to make a profit; but landlords who are facing a credit crunch from rising interest rates.

**We’re here to rescue them**. We want you to join our mission in preventing homelessness and **re-write the narrative for these families**.

**How you will help**:
1) Case Management:

- During the appointment, ensure the accurate uploading of all pertinent documents into our data storage systems.
- Post-appointment, promptly update our internal system, documenting your progress and actions taken, ensuring a seamless reflection on Pipedrive.
- Transition the case to our designated colleague who will undertake further progression of the case.

**Experience required**:

- You will have demonstratable knowledge of the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and powerpoint.

**Knowledge Required for the role**
- Working knowledge of Part 6 and 7 of the Housing Act 2017
- Up to date knowledge of the Housing Act 1996 and other relevant case laws which would help inform your decision making.
- Working knowledge of the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017
- Expertise in Universal Credit, Housing Benefit, Discretionary Housing Payments systems

**Requirements**:

- You must be willing to travel across London for this position.
- Must be able to allocate at-least 2 hours per day, Mon-Fri.

**Job Types**: Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay: £15.00-£25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
