We are offering the exciting opportunity for a student to join our Marketing team as part on their professional placement year as part of an undergraduate degree.

Reporting to: Marketing Executive

Full Time: 37.5 hours per week

Role Commences: August/September 2024

**Core purpose**:

- To support Marketing team across matchday, digital, sales campaigns, with a focus on CRM.
- To develop marketing skills in the workplace to assist undergraduate degree.

Core responsibilities:

- Assist with updating Bath Rugby’s website, ensuring that the information is current and informative.
- To support the Marketing team in utilising owned, shared, paid, and earned media to produce positive return on investment.
- Aid the Marketing team in delivering valuable sales campaigns to support commercial revenue objectives, including monitoring, and analysing results.
- Working with the Marketing team to oversee the delivery of Bath Rugby’s Membership scheme.
- To work alongside the Marketing team as required to deliver matchday and non-matchday events, to increase loyalty and overall NPS (Net Promoter Score).

**Applications**:
Finding the right student who is passionate about marketing and has an intertest in developing their knowledge within a high level competitive sport environment is key.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
