We are looking for a dedicated, qualified, and skilled Registered Health Professional with relevant experience in mental health to join our Scientific Solutions team. You will support clinical trials focused on psychedelic research for mental health and CNS disorders. This unique opportunity allows you to contribute to innovative research that could revolutionise treatment and improve lives.

When not involved in psychedelic studies, you will help develop and conduct pharmacodynamic data collection across all phases of drug development at our sites.

**The focus of this role** is to help develop, validate, and execute new techniques for MAC studies. Working with the rater team, you will perform rating scale assessments and support memory clinics. Working with the clinical team, you will perform sleep studies, including overnights, at our sleep lab.

**KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**
- Minimum of an undergraduate degree at least 2.2, preferably a post-graduate qualification in a relevant field such as Nursing, Occupational therapy, Neuroscience, Neurophysiology, Psychology, or a related discipline. (essential)
- Significant experience working clinically in a mental health setting, and/or expertise in psychedelic treatment support. (essential)
- Strong understanding of mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and clinical research methodologies. (essential)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. (essential)
- Ability to work a shift pattern, including weekdays or weekends.  Some night shifts will be required.  Flexible approach to working hours with a requirement to work some unsocial hours to meet the needs of the clinical unit.  (essential)
- Ability to travel between sites as required (essential) 

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Adherence to ethical principles and regulatory guidelines governing clinical research
- Provide clinical support and guidance throughout all stages of psychedelic research trials.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including researchers, physicians, and therapists to ensure the safety and efficacy of trial protocols.
- Conduct patient assessments, screenings, and follow-ups to monitor mental health outcomes.
- Offer therapeutic support to trial participants undergoing psychedelic treatment interventions.
- Maintain comprehensive, contemporaneous and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
