**General job description**
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. Your primary role will be to collate documentation to complete our processes following successful installation of an electric car charger. This will include liaison with our partners and the use of their systems. You will assist with processing our ever active inbox, as well as providing cover for our telephone handlers. You will ideally have prior experience working in a professional office environment. With an enthusiastic, positive approach and a customer focussed outlook, you will have a can-do attitude and be willing to learn and thrive within a fast-paced environment.
**Main Responsibilities and Duties**

- Processing documentation as part of our job completion system
- Updating internal and external systems with relevant and accurate information
- Assist in screening incoming calls
- Any ad-hoc duties as required
- Work closely with external stakeholders, building good working relationships with our partners
- Dealing directly with Distribution Network Operators
Full training provided
**Requirements**:
- Strong IT skills: ability to use Microsoft Office is essential and ability to learn new IT systems quickly
- Polite, personable and pro-active
- Exceptional interpersonal skills while dealing with colleagues and external business contacts
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Salary** Circa £20,000 per annum DOE
**Holidays** 25 days plus bank holidays
