Office Assistant

Based in Bingley, M & M Yorkshire Stone Products is a family run business which has been established since 1993. There are sister companies which are managed from the same site. We currently have a position available for an experienced office administrator with accounts experience to join our company and learn all aspects of our businesses.
The main role of this position will be to handle the day-to-day administration duties. You will be expected to work closely with the company directors to ensure overall smooth running of the businesses including maintaining a positive company image.
Must have excellent written/verbal English skills as well as organisational and record keeping skills to keep our client’s daily records up to date.
You will need to be able to work on your own initiative and learn new skills quickly to develop the role and provide full support to the team. Must be computer literate.
All necessary training will be provided internally.
The role we have to offer is Monday to Friday 7.30am -5pm, use of own vehicle is preferred due to location.
The rate of pay is negotiable depending upon experience.
Start Date: ASAP
