Jensten Group are recruiting a Group Premium Finance Administrator to provide a professional and efficient Premium Finance support service to the business whilst delivering on our corporate values and ensuring positive outcomes for customers.

You will report in to and support the Group Premium Finance Manager and be tasked with overseeing the Premium Finance administration and KPI reporting whilst aiding the group achieve its commercial and strategic goals.

The position is based in the Huntingdon office with hybrid working approach.

**Some key objectives & responsibilities will include**:

- Develop, maintain and distribute monthly reporting packs form internal data sourced
- Collate and distribute data for RMAR submissions and to meet FCA Fair Value and Product Governance Requirements
- Monitor Bad Debt Levels
- Manage & Develop relationships with Close Brothers Premium Finance, Premium Credit Ltd & alternative Premium Finance providers for CBPF rejections
- Administer and monitor the run off other providers associated with acquired business
- Conduct regular meetings with Sales Managers and relationship contacts at the third-party providers
- Provide proactive ‘day to day’ support to the Retail, Wholesale and Franchise network parts of the Jensten Group

**About you**:
As our Group Premium Finance Administrator, you will have excellent administration skills and ideally have knowledge of premium finance products. You will also have strong communication skills, enabling you to build relationships with the wider group and external stakeholders.

**You’ll also be or have**:

- A collaborative and innovative approach to working.
- Act with integrity at all times when working with stakeholders.
- Ability to deliver timely and accurate reporting on Premium Finance Performance
- Develop relationships with Premium Finance providers.
- Accuracy & time management
- Good telephone manner
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel user
