Administration Assistant

We have an exciting role available for an Administrator**, **working for a successful company in the property industry, based in Scarborough town centre.
With a salary of circa £21,100 and excellent progression opportunities, this is a great chance to join a high-achieving team with a clear career path.
Working in a busy customer-facing office, you’ll support the team with administration duties such as answering the phone, handling queries and creating brochures.
This role would suit someone who is organised and confident with excellent customer service skills.
Some of the Administrator duties will include:
- Answering the phones and handling queries
- Booking viewings and appointments
- Creating brochures to advertise properties
- General administrative tasks
The working hours will be 39 hours between Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch and working 1 in 4 Saturday mornings.
