- Maintain and contribute towards the accommodation to the highest standard
- Support families to access and to access local resources in the area
- Ensure that all training is attended and that you actively participate
- Comply with the |Health and safety at Work Act to maintain a safe environment for service users, employees, and visitors
- Ensure that the organisations policies, and procedures are understood and adhered to
- Contribute to the assessment process
- Maintain factual, up to date records so that all assessments and reports
- Work as part of a team
- Maintain and contribute towards the accommodation to the highest standard

General
- Respect and maintain confidentiality of all matters that you learn relating to services users, staff, and other professionals
- Attend work reliably and punctually - **We ask 1-2 shifts per week on a regular basis**:

- All staff are required to work in a flexible way, ensuring that all tasks specifically not covered in their job description are undertaken.

**Requirements**:
A passion for working with families and a commitment to give them the best chance to succeed
