We are currently recruiting for a Family Support Worker to work at a well established Family Assessment Unit in Darwen, Lancashire on a Part Time (2 nights a week), permanent basis**. **The company is all about career progression and training.

**Shifts**:

- 2 Nights per week
- Extra hours available

You will be responsible for providing a comfortable and secure environment for families. This includes providing support, advice and assistance with any issues or concerns they may have.

**To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has**:

- Previous experience within a childcare setting
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Conflict Management
- A compassionate and patient approach
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- Able to work waking nights

**Requirements**:
