Our client is recruiting for a Key Account Manager to join their fast-evolving pharmaceutical company to help promote their products and the homecare services to Secondary Care and to pharmaceutical companies that use their service across North of Englandand Scotland.

**Ideal requirements**:

- Previous experience in the home healthcare and/or compounding environment
- Understanding of NHS/homecare tenders and NHS Hospital market
- GMP/GDP experience.
- Ideally based in the North of England.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Document customer interactions daily and regularly update key account plans and opportunity forecasting in the Salesforce CRM
- To collate information on major buying trends, purchasing structures, processes, and competitor activity at local and regional level and use this to inform on future strategy
- To be the major driver of product differentiation on territory, communicating present and future needs of customers and accounts. (Understand the importance of price but can extract value from negotiation)
- To manage key territory procurement relationships with PSMG, CMU, Scottish healthcare Suppliers, All Wales Purchasing Group, Procurement and Logistics
- Forecast financial growth/number of patients within the agreed territory, product and services
