**Position: Trainee Quality Assistant**

**Salary: £26,000 per annum**

**Responsibilities**:
As a Trainee Quality Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our quality control processes. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Assisting in Goods Inwards operations, ensuring materials and components meet our strict quality standards upon receipt.
- Collaborating with the warehouse team to maintain efficient workflow and ensure proper handling and storage of products.
- Utilising computer systems to input and track quality data, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication to convey quality-related information effectively.
- Displaying exceptional attention to detail to identify and report any deviations from quality specifications.
- Taking the initiative to address quality issues promptly and independently.
- Utilising your strong decision-making skills to contribute to process improvement initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in Goods Inwards operations within a warehouse environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- A good level of numeracy to perform accurate measurements and data analysis.
- Exceptional attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards.
- Ability to work independently, showing initiative and proactively addressing quality-related challenges.
- Strong decision-making skills to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
