Job Summary: We are seeking a Trainee Baker to join our team at Good Taste. As a Trainee Baker, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and production of baked goods, learning the skills and techniques required to become a professional baker. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and production of various baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked products.
- Learn and follow recipes and production processes under the guidance of experienced bakers.
- Operate baking equipment, such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper sanitation and food safety practices.
- Assist in inventory management, including ingredient preparation and stock rotation.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for baking and a strong interest in pursuing a career in the culinary industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and scaling ingredients.
