**Your Role**:
As a Lead Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for driving reliability into the company's products and growing the suite of SaaS solutions, setting the standards for operability and observability. Your job will be to lead the team who create,deliver, and manage business critical services that are used 24/7 by clients and co-workers. Your key responsibilities will include driving the strategy within the team, coaching and developing your direct reports, recruiting and growing out the team, andoccasionally being hands-on technically to improve the alignment of service performance to clients and co-workers. Please note that there is an on-call rota for this position.

**Office & WfH policy**:
The company office is based in Reigate however, you can work remotely 3 days a week. There is limited on-site parking available and public transport close by.

**Requirements**:

- You have experience working in a modern SaaS environment and understand how to monitor complex platforms
- You have experience running 24/7 services in an Azure environment
- You have experience managing SRE functions previously
- You are proficient with observability tools and incident response solutions
- You have experience leading and developing technical teams
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills

As a Lead Site Reliability Engineer, you can expect to earn a competitive salary (up to £120k) plus bonus and benefits.
