**Engineering Assistant | Maintenance | Full Time, Permanent | Norwich | Free Parking | Excellent Benefits**
Spire Healthcare Group are looking to bring on an Engineering Assistant to join their established team at their Norwich Hospital site. The purpose of this role is to perform basic maintenance and refurbishment duties throughout the Hospital where you will be reporting directly to the Engineering Manager.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- To undertake minor building repairs and decoration to maintain fabric of the building in good order.
- Take part in programmed preventative maintenance schedules.
- Any other duties as directed by the Hospital Engineering Manager.
**What we are looking for**:
- Previous experience within a similar setting would be advantageous.
- NVQ/City & Guilds/Apprenticeship qualifications in painting and decorating or carpentry would be desirable.
