We have an exciting opportunity to work within our Global function as a Demand Centric Growth (DCG) Lead.

DCG frames the market based on true consumer demand. It helps define where our brands and products should best position themselves to be most relevant for consumers, uncovering new spaces that, at times, may not be accessible for our current portfolio, while always focusing on our core category spaces.

**You’ll succeed because you will get involved with**
- Accelerating DCG Expansion Ii.e. roll out of DCG in a new market by using the other market demand maps) and build in-house capability that enable expansion to be owned by category by being an agent of change for driving CoE led thinking through the organization through demonstrating passion and commitment to the DCG agenda.
- Operating as a thought and hands-on leader, with the ability to evangelise the strategic use of DCG insights for superior consumer-centric decisions across Innovation, Communication and Activation areas.
- Optimizing our suite of leading-edge insights & analytics tools and/or partners by creating an annual spend snapshot.
- Having the ability to hit the ground running, multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Developing strong relationships within the business and across teams/markets (i.e. DCG Strategy, CDO I&A, IMEX I&A, Marketing).
- Shaping the needs, identify the right solutions and make clear recommendations.
- Managing and developing strong relationships with multiple stakeholders Work in a matrix organisation.

**We are looking for someone to join the team who has**:

- Solid technical quant experience (i.e. building questionnaires, managing fieldwork, data cleaning/ weighting and running descriptive and advanced statistical analyses)
- Hands-on experience with analytics (ability to perform descriptive and advanced statistical analysis, mastery of statistical analysis and techniques) combined with strong business insights are essential for this position
- Expertise across a wide range of research topics (growth, pricing, branding, customer experience, etc.)
- Proven success in identifying and embedding insights, particularly within marketing and brand teams
- Excellent project management and written and oral communications skills
