**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Set and achieve sales forecasts by effectively managing the account management team.
- Coach and monitor the performance of individual account managers.
- Foster strong, enduring relationships within the account management team.
- Provide day to day support for all account managers.
- Communicate client requirements and demands to relevant parties within the business.
- Guide the team in managing projects.
- Align client needs and company goals.
- Conduct site meetings with account managers and clients to assess and enhance relationships.
- Oversee and prepare client tenders, within specified deadlines.
- Working with the Directors to agree strategy and report performance
- Collaborate with HR to interview and recruit new team members.
- Review and oversee account manager commission claims, expense reports, mileage, etc.
- Manage holiday requests and absences.
**Core Requirements and Skills**:
- Background in drainage, plumbing, construction, or related field is advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management abilities.
- Educated to a good standard.
- IT proficient.
- Organised, efficient, and capable of prioritising tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A full driving license is essential.
**Location;**
Movement between our 3 offices in Sunbury-On-Thames, Romsey Hampshire and Preston Lancashire will be required ad-hoc, as will travel to client sites throughout the UK.

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

- Slough: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
