Job description
The applicant will be a key team member who will be in charge of customer service, stock and supporting our team. The successful applicant must have excellent attention to detail and work with an extremely high degree of accuracy.
Due to our remote location, a driving license and own transport are essential but onsite parking is available.

The Role:
- Customer Service - handling all customer enquiries via all channels including socials and telephone.
- Maintaining stock system and ordering stock for the company.
- Responsible for maintaining administration and monthly production reports.
- Uploading new product listings on our various platforms (e.g. Notonthehighstreet, Etsy etc) and maintaining listings to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain our order management program.
- Perform ad hoc admin duties as required.
- Support the team and studio.

Good To Know:
Our Cocker Spaniel, Odie, is a daily fixture in the office so applicant will need to be comfortable with dogs. Our studio is located on a farm in the countryside, which unfortunately means there is no public transport links. However, there is ample parking.
Schedule:
- Part Time - 25 Hours.
- 9:15-2:15 with WFH options available
