We are looking for a JOB TITLE to join us in transforming our business from 'good' to 'great' This is a thrilling time for our company, and we need a key team member like you to help us achieve unprecedented success.

**What does the role involve?**

A hands-on role that requires you to:

- Use the Horizon HELLO in all customer interactions
- Welcome and assist customers with general enquiries
- Understand and be knowledgeable about our products and services
- Undertake lifeguarding duties and operational duties as directed by the Duty Management Team
- Maintain and monitor all facilities to ensure cleanliness is paramount and always free of hazards
- Responsible for ensuring customers are treated with respect
- Responsible for ensuring staff are treated with respect
- Responsible for the safety of all customers and safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults
- Set-up and take down of sports equipment according to schedules

**Skills and competencies**:

- Must be self-motivated and a self-starter
- Excellent team player
- Flexible approach to undertaking assignments given
- Approachable
- Physically fit
- Good communicator
- Adaptable

**Your Experience**
- Experience of working in a customer services environment
- Experience as a Centre Attendant/Lifeguard in a wet and dry centre
- First Aid
- Manual Handling

**Your Qualifications**
- RLSS UK National Pool Lifeguard Certificate (or willing to undertake)
- HSE First Aid Qualification desirable
- Certificates in COSHH & Health & Safety desirable

**This role will be based at Waterlooville** **but will be expected to travel to other company **site as the need requires.**
