**HR ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT - PERMANENT POST**

**5 DAYS PER WEEK 0830-1630 (37 HOURS), TERM TIME ONLY PLUS 2 WEEKS**

**SALARY: Dependent on HR qualifications and experience. The post is graded on HAY PAY SCALE 6A - 6E (£20,499 - £21,649) Pay award pending.**

We are looking to appoint a HR Administrator to be part of our team committed to improving the outcomes for students by providing high quality support to our learning environment. The new post holder will work alongside the School Business Leader and will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment following Safer Recruitment in Education guidelines including:

- Maintaining Single Central Record
- Obtaining references and assisting with shortlisting applicants
- Checking Right to Work documents
- Generating offer letters
- Obtaining medical clearance
- Updating HR policies
- Liaising with Strictly Education with pay adjustments and HR issues
- Updating staff records on SIMS
- Assisting the SBL with any HR procedures

It is essential that applicants have a Level 2 Maths and English qualification and ideally already possess a CIPD Level 3 HR qualification or are actively working towards one.
