**Head of Sales Job specification**
**a) Overview**
1) Golden Crown Management Ltd is looking for a competitive and trustworthy Head of Sales (HoS) to join our company and help us build our Sales team.
a) To shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level.
b) Lead a sales strategy and building a strong Sales Executive team
c) Ability to reach into new markets plans the next steps, negotiate complex deals and beat competition in head to head opportunities.
**b) Responsibilities**
i) Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals and targets
ii) Assists in the development of the sales plan.
iii) Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
iv) Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
v) Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
vi) Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
**c) Skills and Qualifications**
i) At least one year of relevant sales experience including management with sales functions and a track record of exceeding quotas
ii) Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and the ability to coach others on them
iii) Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
iv) Proven ability to influence the sales team
v) Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
vi) Strong leadership and team building skills

**Salary**: £37,085.41-£78,761.57 per year
