**Sales Manager, SaaS - £60,000 Salary + Additional Benefits**

Location: Leeds

Have you ever dreamt of combing sport and sales? This role is **THE** opportunity to do so, becoming a pivotal role within rapidly growing company, where you will be selling bespoke sports software into new and existing customers. This is ahousehold brand, that is used by the majority grassroots sports clubs across the UK, including Football Clubs, Rugby Clubs, Cricket Clubs, Basketball Clubs and many more

Due to their recent successes, this Head of Sales role is a new role for the business as they enter an exciting phase of growth and look to expand their product/services range. You will be tasked with establishing a new sale team building it from the groundup, managing recruitment and training, whilst setting the strategy and managing the budget for the whole department. You will also be heavily involved in day-to-day sales, acting as the senior, proven figure within the team, provided with a database of over300 warm leads and an existing portfolio of customer accounts ready to upsell into.

Our client is looking for the very best sales professionals with previous software sales experience, who they can look to build a high performing team around. People management experience is also key, having proven background in sales management roles willbe required for success within the role.

Ambition and motivation are two key factors for the ever-growing success of this business; therefore, they are seeking individuals who can match and enhance their values.

The position will offer hybrid working, allowing the flexibility to work from home a couple of days a week.
