As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for the following:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to strengthen our market presence.
Team Building:
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Foster a collaborative and empowering work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and responsiveness.
Market Analysis:
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Utilize market insights to make informed decisions and adapt strategies accordingly.
Financial Management:
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure financial targets are met.
- Implement cost-effective measures without compromising product quality.
The successful candidate will:
- Have proven experience as a Sales Manager/Head of Sales in the food industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on results and growth.
