**What we need from you **

You will report into the SVP Strategy and work closely with the SVP Rights, SVP Marketing and the Director of Integrity Operations, on developing opportunities for the Stats Perform integrity service and keeping up to date with regulatory changes in betting. You will work with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance the reputation of the Stats Perform integrity service and ensure that the business is appropriately positioned to exploit opportunities associated with opening up of regulated betting markets.

You will be responsible for creating and developing integrity sales opportunities with rightsholders, international organisations and betting operators. This will be done in conjunction with the SVP Strategy and SVP Rights. Through this, you will be expected to develop relationships with key betting regulators, bodies like the IBIA and Tier 1 betting operators that lead to sales opportunities.

An understanding of the integrity sector, and how this interacts with both betting operators and sports rightsholders is essential. You will be required to have a deep understanding of the services offered by the Stats Perform integrity service, and how they can be used to the benefit of sales targets. You will also work closely with the Director of Integrity Operations on press enquiries, marketing materials and ensuring visibility of Stats Perform’s integrity services.

Working closely with the Director of Integrity Operations, you will draft proposals for rights deals and standalone opportunities, assist with any contract discussions and negotiations on integrity matters and liaise with both finance and legal in contracting and financial matters.

You will have an understanding of betting regulation and how this affects Stats Perform’s commercial data, video and integrity strategies. You must keep up-to-date with betting regulatory developments in mature markets like the UK and EU, developing markets like the US and emerging markets like Japan and India. You will be expected to provide regulatory updates to the SVP Strategy as well as internal stakeholders and keep detailed records for anybody in the Stats Perform business to utilise.

**What skills & experience you’ll bring to us **
- Develop and create integrity sales opportunities with rightsholders, government bodies, international organisations and betting operators
- Support the rights team with integrity related matters
- Monitor changes to the betting regulatory framework on a global basis
- Provide regular progress reports, analysis and updates on sales opportunities and regulatory changes
- Liaise with the Director of Integrity Operations with requests from the marketing team on all press enquiries, statements, responses and press releases
