**Financial Record Keeping**
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, expenses, and transactions.
- Carrying out month end checks and reporting.
- Processing employee expenses.

**Accounts Payable and Receivable**
- Assisting in processing payments, invoices, and receivables, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Taking a lead role in debt management.

**Bank Reconciliation**
- Reconciling bank statements and monitoring financial transactions to ensure accuracy and no discrepancies.

**Financial Reporting**
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.

**Administrative Duties**
- Performing various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence related to financial matters.

**Customer and Vendor Communication**
- Responding to enquiries from clients, vendors, and internal staff regarding financial transactions and records.
- Providing support to internal office team.
- **Skills & Expereince**_

**Essential**
- Proven experience in an accounts assistant role.
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and Xero Accounting software.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure
- Strong organisation skills.
- Process driven.

**Desirable**
- AAT Level 3 qualified.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
