- Southall, Wembley, Harrow, Ealing, Brentford, Uxbridge, Hounslow, Chiswick, Richmond, Greenford**
- Role specifics:_
- Handle **customer enquiries.**:
- Enter customer **pricing** on to MRP system.
- Progress **customer** requirements from **order receipt** or scheduled demands through to acceptance and delivery.
- Prepare **price data** spread sheets, **quotations** and other documentation.
- Personal characteristics:_
- Previous experience within a **customer service** or **sales administration** role, operating in a **sales office** environment is essential.
- A background in a **manufacturing business** is highly desirable, example industries include **automotive**, **industrial** and **engineering**.
- **Telephone experience** and **confident, professional verbal communication** skills are key.
- Computer literate being able to use and create Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint files.
