Sales Operations Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity based in West London.
We need to find an experienced Sales Operations specialist to jump into the deep end in a fast-paced, high technology company committed to the launch of a constellation of satellites that will deliver affordable global connectivity for everyone before 2027.You will play a significant role in supporting development of the Sales Operations function of the London office, which is experiencing unprecedented demand.
This is a stand-alone position, primarily focused on the following:
- Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Working closely with sales engineers and directors to complete order forms
- Improving processes as the range of products/services and volume of orders expand
What’s most important is that you bring your experience of sales operations processes/best practice to bear to question how things are done, understand workflows and proactively take ownership of process improvements as the company scales and matures.

- A love of start-up environments and a desire to be part of something new/mission-focused
**Desired**
- Relevant experience in fast-paced/growth sales operations environment, ideally in a global or corporate setting.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and/or ServiceNow functionality.
- Great organizational skills with proven track record of seeking to support design and implementation of new processes.
- Ability to multi-task and quickly switch focus.
- Excellent verbal and written communicator.
- A passion for people and a customer-focused, proactive mindset.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
