Job Description

Our client, a leading player in cloud data protection and management solutions, is looking to recruit a Sales Operations Specialist to provide the International Field sales teams with reliable and high-quality support. This position is responsible for enhancing the sales function's overall operating efficiency and excellence.


Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of the deal flow to maximise effectiveness and reduce the administrative burden on the sales representatives
  • Develop process improvements for sales support and identify new opportunities for efficiency within the Sales Operations team
  • Enter, retrieve and verify information involved in the sales process
  • Work with multiple teams to support sales order processing requirements and quote support

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales support experience
  • Ability to function with a high degree of accuracy and accountability in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to build relationships via email, video conferencing and phone calls
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ
  • Able to work efficiently and effectively on your own


This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday-Friday. This is a hybrid position working 2-3 days from their offices in London and the rest from home.
Our client offers an excellent remuneration package with a bonus.
