We are hiring for a Business Consultant (Entity Admin) based in Fleet, Hampshire or Jersey, Channel Islands (Hybrid working 1-2 days a week in office). What will your role be:

- Provide best practice guidance on TrustQuay Viewpoint Products and Services to our customers that initially delivers a rapid and safe implementation and in the longer term enables them to derive maximum value from their investment into TrustQuay Viewpoint Products and Services.
- Handle customer workshops to gather and clearly document functional requirements, culminating in the definition of the customers target operating model. This model needs to be optimized to the TrustQuay Viewpoint Products and Services capability.
- Work together with other Business Consultants allocated to project assigned.
- Hands-on configuration of TrustQuay Viewpoint Products and Services modules to deliver the identified requirements and review the configuration work of others on the team.
- Deliver training to super users who will be part of the customers project team to enable them to make decisions on the set-up and configuration of TrustQuay Viewpoint Products and Services.
- Deliver training to end users in classroom style setting.
- Advise on user acceptance testing processes, test strategy best practices and review of customers test plans.
- Provide support to the customers user acceptance testing, and first line support for issue investigation and resolution during the execution of projects.
- Guide customers and advise on the most efficient method of data take-on / migration and subsequent reconciliation methods.
- Contribute to the playbook of steps required to transition the customer to live use of the TrustQuay Viewpoint Products and Services product.
- As part of a smooth go live transition provide early use assistance in the form of “floor walking” to provide ad-hoc assistance as necessary.
- Ensure a smooth transition of the customer from Projects to BAU Support Services for ongoing product support, i.e. share documented knowledge of the customer & their use of TrustQuay Viewpoint Products and Services.
- For established customers:

- conduct reviews of their use of the TrustQuay Viewpoint Products and Services to ensure they are maximising the benefit/value from what the product has to offer, i.e. confirm, or encourage adoption of newer capability within the product.
- Undertake ad-hoc consultancy services to deploy additional modules or functional capabilities within the product.
- For complex product development and/or support issues, provide specialist business, product, and customer knowledge to assist in the servicing of the customer base.
- Work with colleagues and the Professional Services management team to continually improve the team's implementation methodologies and engagement with the customer base.
- Assist Application Support team on business consultancy tickets.
- Contribute towards the Customer Service Operations revenue targets by meeting the team's KPI objectives.

Who are we looking for:

- Preferred Experience:

- Strong Entity Management experience
- Familiarity with NavOne, Viewpoint Connect, Viewpoint Engage, efileConnect, TQ Online and Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Advantageous and Preferred, but not essential: Qualifications:

- Degree in any field
- CoSec qualification, eg. ICSA/CGIUKI, MAICSA
- Industry experience in Trust and Corporate Services
- Business Consultancy experience within a software vendor or consultancy practice.

- Ability to build successful relationships within the business and with customers, at all levels, through demonstration of both industry and product knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally.
- Ability to work constructively within a project team involving representatives from the customer and TrustQuay Viewpoint.
- Confident to operate individually on site with the customer.
- Energy and enthusiasm - enjoy being accountable for quality & timeliness of assignments and for those assignments allocated to other consultants within the team.
- Planning - a proven ability in sound planning and persistent execution; will understand how to align resources, balance conflicting and changing demands through prioritisation, seek the input of key constituents, and manage others to achieve desired results.
- Process orientated - demonstrated ability to develop repeatable processes or improve existing processes.
- Analytical - ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusio
