Acoustic Consultant
Location: St Albans – home based with office & site visits
Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 DOE

Our client is a dynamic and growing engineering consultancy known for delivering innovative solutions in acoustics, noise, and vibration control across a wide range of industries.

This company offers bespoke services across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors & their expertise covers everything from noise impact assessments and building acoustics to environmental noise monitoring and vibration assessments.

They’re on the lookout for a talented individual who thrives on delivering high-quality work and enjoys the challenge of solving acoustic problems.

Requirements for the role of Acoustic Consultant:

Proven experience working as an Acoustic Consultant with the ability to independently complete acoustic calculations.
Strong knowledge of acoustic standards and regulations (BS 8233, BS4142, BB93, and other relevant guidance).
Full UK driving licence and access to a car.Duties of an Acoustic Consultant will include:

Site visits
Noise monitoring
Acoustic modelling
Acoustic calculations
Write technical reports
