Someone with experience implementing tasks and responsibilities in accordance with the Organisations Core Values. Responsibilities include training, planning, assigning, directing work and enshrining compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures. Experience within refractory manufacturing would be an advantage, but not essential.
- Note This is a dusty environment and the role will be predominantly based on the production floor._

**Hours of Work**

Monday to Thursday : 08:00 to 16:30, Friday : 06:00 to 13:00

Willing to work overtime during the week and at weekends when necessary.

**Job Role**
- Report to the Production Manager.
- Prepare the floor for daily production.
- Review production set-ups for accuracy and quality requirements.
- Monitor daily production.
- Ensure all employees follow health and safety policies and procedures.
- Assist in health & safety or quality investigations.
- Perform stock takes.
- Ensure document control is being completed properly.
- Communicate with other departments.
- Develop a strong understanding of the manufacturing process.
- Must have some basic understanding of Outlook, Teams and Excel (Full training on internal ERP system will be provided.

Pay: From £14.72 per hour
