You will be ensuring compliance with standards, continuous development of people and processes, effective management of budget and resource while ensuring the team has the processes and tools they need to deliver on professional services project commitments.

You will develop the year plan for your function, on the basis of the strategic plan for the whole unit, while participating in discussions about the future of the business.

You will be responsible for:

- Handling complex medium project for Field Service, Repair, Spare parts project for Aftermarket rush Business in EMEA area.
- Achieving customer satisfaction and business targets in terms of Revenues, Margin, Cash collections.
- Leading a Project managers team and process leaders, providing guidance and advice across the region.
- Having a deep understanding of financial data associated with the business and working with multiple businesses and teams to gather process and system data for integrating into a centralised service management system.
- Leading Field Service Engineers team in CZ, NL, UK.
- Presenting project plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders within technical space, including partner technical teams.
- Collaborating with commercial team to execute growth strategies defining hiring strategy, cost optimization, margin expansion.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelors degree from accredited university or college, or equivalent experience.
- Have significant experience in Business Operations, ideally in a global role.
- Have strong communication and leadership skills.
- Demonstrate ability to lead programs and projects.
- Aftermarket experience preferred.

This role will require availability to travel on short notice.
