**Materials Planner**

**We are the semiconductor industry’s one-stop solution for gas delivery solutions, from initial design to final shipment to customers.**
We are looking for a positive, enthusiastic individual looking to pursue their career in a fast-paced environment. You will utilise your strong communication skills to work confidently with internal and external customers, assisting in the general operations within the Operations Department.
As our Materials Planner you will have strong Excel and administration skills with proven experience as a Planner with a strong administrative background. You will be a fast learner, able to work well at full capacity and you will be confident and proactive with suppliers, not afraid of any challenge that may arise. Ideally you will also have experience using SAP.
**What can you expect from the role?**
- This role will be the glue between Customer Service, Purchasing and Production Departments.
- Run CTB (Clear to Build) reports.
- Work with Purchasing team to ensure all material is available for start of manufacture.
- Work with Production on release of manufacture Work Orders
- Update the Sales Team with information on customer shipments.
- Update Production boards with latest material receipt information and manufacture completion dates.
- Liaise with vendors on material delivery dates.
- Advise stores on Work Order release date.
- Raise Requisition Orders.
- Update SharePoint Schedule.
- Develop ideas and strategies with Production, Purchasing and Customer Service to improve operational efficiency, add value, aid business performance and work towards a strategy of continuous improvement.
- Work with Engineering to identify preliminary critical parts, long-lead parts and inspection requirements.
- Work with the Purchasing team to develop supplier and commodity road maps.

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
