Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Façade Project Manager to oversee the delivery of façade packages from design to handover. This key role requires strong project management skills, a proficient understanding of façade engineering, and the ability to deliver packages on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Chair design and site progress meetings, produce minutes, and track/conclude actions to ensure all deliverables are produced to programme.
  • Review and comment/approve package issued documentation, including drawings, reports, technical queries, and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with package quantity surveyor for package cost control and day-to-day liaison with design team and specialist contractor team.
  • Carry out off-site and on-site inspections to assess production status, ensure quality of manufacturing and installation, and relevant reporting.
  • Coordinate and monitor all site activities associated with the façade, in partnership with other package managers and with due consideration to other packages/trades and their interfaces.
  • Develop short/medium and long-term programmes, including last planner sessions, and track progress vs. package programme.
  • Ensure high standards of health and safety are always maintained on site with a proactive approach.

Requirements

  • Proficient and proven understanding of façade engineering, detail design, testing, production, and installation, technical/material information.
  • Strong ability to deliver façade packages on time and on budget at all project stages.
  • Good project and site management skills, accustomed to factory visits, quality/progress inspection, and relevant reporting.
  • Appropriate engineering/construction qualifications and competency.
