Excellent telephone manner and be able to effectively handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experienced in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Good organisational skills.
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude
- Experience in insurance claim handling would be advantageous

**The role would involve the following**:

- Answering incoming calls from customers and clients
- Maintaining case files and following office procedures
- Accurately logging comprehensive details of the claim
- Uploading jobs to company database
- Planning routes nationwide
- Ensuring client’s portals are kept up to date regularly

**Hours**:
8:00 am -5.00pm

Monday-Friday

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
